Bids for the Gabba Camp – Greenhouse Addition Project will be received at the offices of Olsavsky Jaminet Architects, Inc., Attention: Tracie Kaglic, at 114 East Front Street, Suite 200, Youngstown, Ohio 44503 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, November 28, 2025. Bid Documents may be obtained electronically through Olsavsky Jaminet Architects, Inc. by emailing requests to acrofford@olsjam.com or calling 330-744-8981. Questions should be directed to the Project Architect: Tracie Kaglic, tkaglic@olsjam.com. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid and made payable to Golden String, Inc. Prevailing Wage requirements apply to this contract. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside “GabbaCamp – Greenhouse Addition.” Golden String, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Organization and as may be permitted by law.
